LIMITED WARRANTY

     RAM Computers, Inc., hereinafter called the Company, warrants all new computer systems for a period of one year after date of installation. Installation is considered to be complete after the successful running of the standard diagnostics.

     This warranty includes on-site repair of all equipment in the greater Oklahoma City metro area. Some circumstances may require in-shop repair.

     The Company warrants to the buyer, as original purchaser, all equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal conditions, for a period of one year from date of installation, subject to the provisions and limitations hereinafter set forth. The Company's obligation for free of charge service under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at the Company's option, during the company's regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, any part or parts which upon examination shall disclose to the Company's reasonable satisfaction to have been defective in material of the buyer. Damage caused by power surges, fire or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Original boxes, cartons, or other packaging, as well as books, manuals, cables, cords, and other related parts are required by the Company to be kept in the buyer's possession for the duration of the warranty for return purposes. Modifications, add on cards or peripherals not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty. Damage to the system caused by modifications, add-on cards or peripherals not supplied by the Company, or tampering with the system, or altering the configuration with out Company approval shall render this warranty null and void.

    UPGRADES: Software or hardware upgrade warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of item installed. This Company will not be liable for any damage which results from upgrading the system software or hardware. Further, the Company does not guarantee compatibility of existing parts or software and correction of compatibility problems will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. This may require the purchase and installation of additional parts or software at the buyer's expense. All returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

     Consumable parts and supplies are not guaranteed against fair wear and tear, and service time or expenses covering replacement of such items as toner, image drums, diskettes, ribbons, cd's, etc., or for routine operator maintenance shall be charged at current rate.

     Operator training beyond the reasonable installation, new operator training or software support will be available at current hourly rates.

     The Company strongly recommends a regular backup of hard disk drives. In no event shall the Company be liable for special or consequential damages due to malfunction of said equipment, for damage caused by virus, spyware, or any other type of known or unknown contamination, or for the reliability of any form of disk media or tape, or for any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond its control.

     RAM COMPUTERS, INC. disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
